The “GCT NEXT GEN ORANGE BALL” program is specifically designed for young players, ages 7 – 10, who are transitioning from basic instruction to more competitive play. Using the USTA Youth Progression framework, this program helps players build the skills and confidence needed to begin participating in orange ball tournaments. With a strong focus on rallying, point construction, court positioning, and match-play strategies, players are introduced to the competitive side of tennis in a structured,

age-appropriate environment. The program supports early tournament experiences and prepares players for advancement through the USTA progression system, laying the groundwork for long-term development in the sport.

This program includes FIVE Sunday afternoon Competitive Prep classes. Students are required to compete in a minimum of three during the session.

This program is a “feeder” program into the “GCT PRO Orange Ball” class that prepares juniors for USTA competition.

NBTC Members: $1,165

Non-Members: $1,285

Eligibility/Requirements:

• Must attend twice/week
• Must have some experience either with lessons or past session participation
• Must be able to start a point (underhand w/out bounce)
• Must have desire to move down path to competitive tennis
• Must attend a minimum of THREE Sunday Comp Prep Classes
